So Sebastien Buemi has signed for Torro Rosso for 2009. Apart from being one of the worst kept secrets of the winter what does this news tell us. While Buemi is clearly competetive, he hasn’t left a blazing trail and there isn’t really anyone who did that in junior formulae in 2008 so why Buemi?
